Armagh rugby hosted a mini primary school tournament at the Palace Grounds on Wednesday past.
Seven country primary school teams took part in the tournament played in the City grounds, Aghavilly, Hamiltonsbawn, Markethill, Lisnadill, Drumsallen, Eglish and Caledon. Five of these teams are new to Rugby but this didn't show as the standard of rugby was excellent throughout each match.
It is hoped a bigger event will be run in the near future to include more teams from in and around the local area.
Stephen Ferris represented Ulster Rugby & signed a lot of autographs for the young players.
