We have excellent clubhouse facilities that can be utilised for a variety of purposes from corporate days, presentations, planning meetings to product launches.
Setting
Located in the center of City of Armagh, off the Friary Road.
The clubhouse is set in the Palace Grounds.
There is ample car parking for up to 200 cars.
Facilities
The Rugby Club Function rooms have the flexibility to be utilised as 3 individual rooms:
- Downstairs Bar - with a capacity of approximately 120 people.
- Upstairs Bar - with a capacity of approximately 150 people.
- Upstairs Function Room - with a capacity of approximately 100 people.
Alternatively, the Upstairs Bar and Function Room can be configured into one large room, (inc. bar & access to kitchen), that can accommodate up to 250 people, depending on the arrangement of furniture.
The function rooms are available to both members, non-members and outside organisations by booking through the Entertainment Manager or Bar Convenor. Each booking request is to be accompanied by a function room booking form. Confirmation of the booking will be advised after processing.
The main function room can seat up to 150 if tables are required. It has access to kitchen, toilets and bar off the main room. The room looks out across the club grounds.
All rooms are available in different configurations and combinations to suit particular purposes.
All the rooms have access to a fully stocked bar facilities and food service.
Equipment
Equipment is available upon request, such as the use of televisions and video recorders within the function rooms and downstairs bar. Please notify the Entertainment Manager or Bar Convenor when booking.
Should you require catering for your function, please note that the kitchen has a full set of crockery and is available upon request.
Services
The Bar Convenor and Bar Staff will ensure that the quality of service matches the requirements of our customers.
The Club also has in house professional catering through our partners Stonebridge Restaurant. They can produce food form simple sandwiches up to gourmet meals.
