(i) As a member of the City of Armagh Rugby Football Club Development Club you will be:
(a) Making a contribution to the development of rugby at the Palace Grounds Armagh.
(b) Qualify for a member's only promotion which includes a draw for a new house and other prizes.
(ii) The one off membership fee is £150 Pounds Sterling or €225 Euro or $300 US Dollars payable in full or by standing order.
(iii) Payment by standing order is only available to those paying in Sterling .
(iv) Applicants paying by standing order will not become members until their final payment is made and their membership certificate is issued.
(v) Those who have paid in full prior to 30th December 2006; Easter (21st April) 2007 and 31st July 2007 will be eligible to be entered in the early bird draws. All entrants (including winners)of all early bird draws, will be included in all subsequent draws, up to the main draw on 31st December 2007.
(vi) Applications for membership will be granted on a first come first served basis.
(vii) Only those who have joined the City of Armagh Rugby Football Club Development Club will be eligible for the draws.
(viii) The date of the final draw for the house and cash prizes will be 31st December 2007.
(ix) The number on each membership certificate will be the number for each draw.
(x) The winner of each draw will be notified within 10 days of the draw.
(xi) The member's draw on 31st December 2007 will be held under the strict supervision of a reputable firm of solicitors whose decision will be final. No member of the fund raising committee will participate in the winning draw.
(xii) A full up to date account of the membership numbers and funds deposited each month and cumulative to date will be given at each monthly meeting of the club.
(xiii) Membership will be restricted to a maximum of 2,000 members.
(xiv) Membership of this club does not entitle members to any rights of City of Armagh Rugby Football Club.
(xv) Pictures and drawings in the brochures are for illustration purposes only.
(xvi) The purpose of the club is to promote the improvement and development of City of Armagh Rugby Football Club for the future (buildings and grounds).
(xvii) By participating as a member you are agreeing to the rules and conditions thereof.
(xviii) The City of Armagh Rugby Football Club Development Club committee reserve the right to change the date of the draw. If this happens all members will be notified in writing.
