The City of Armagh Rugby Club has launched a Development Club House Draw to raise funds which will be used towards improvements to the Club house, grounds, refurbishment of the upstairs bar area, toilets & changing rooms. It is also planned to provide dedicated disabled accesses & facilities throughout the Club house.

Membership to the draw is RESTRICTED to 2000 members.

There are FORTY prizes in all with a 1 in 50 chance of winning a prize.

The MAIN PRIZE is a NEW THREE BEDROOM TURNKEY high specification finished town-house in a NEW development at BROOMHILL, RICHHILL.

Or CASH ALTERNATIVE of £140,000.

The MAIN DRAW is to take place on the 31st December 2007 with 'Early Bird' draws being held in the run up to the main event.

The 'Early Bird' draws will take place on the following dates:

• December 30th 2006 - Winner Ivan Clydesdale

• July 28th 2007 - Winner Jim Rountree

• Sept 29th 2007 (32" TV) - Winner Judith Conn

The cost of Membership for the House Draw was £150 payable in full*,

or by Direct Debit** of £15 x 10 months or £30 x 5 months
