Armagh RFC Top Points Scorers Of Season To Date

The race to be Armagh's top points and try scorers for this season, see table below, is hotting up as we go into the last 8 weeks of rugby. Johnny Stinson looks unreachable as top points scorer barring miracles from Davy Nicholson or Alan Whitcroft.

After last weekends games Johnny Steenson pulled further away at the top of the points scoring list and Johnny Allen moved within one try of Alan Redpath at the top of the try scoring lists.

The top try scorer award is still very much up for grabs albeit a 2 horse race with Alan Redpath currently on 21 tries, just leading Johnny Allen. For the forwards, James Morton is still ahead on 9 with his closest rival currently on a beach somewhere in the Southern Hemisphere.

If Armagh stay the course in all tournaments there is a maximum of 12 games to go so the lead can still change hands.
